Job Summary
Clinic Manager overseeing four Southern California mental health clinics (Santa Monica, Downtown LA, Irvine, Encinitas): responsible for patient experience, team development, scheduling, budgeting, compliance, and multi-site operations. Partner with Medical Directors to align clinical care with patient experience goals; drive referral partnerships, support marketing/community outreach, and ensure billing, collections, and financial controls. Lead daily huddles, quarterly check-ins, and annual performance reviews; manage staffing, training, onboarding, and performance improvement; monitor performance metrics (e.g., patient experience, provider utilization, interventional adoption), and ensure regulatory licensure and certifications. Requires 3–5 years healthcare leadership, strong communication skills, and willingness to travel across four CA locations.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of healthcare leadership or clinic management experience, preferably in behavioral health or a medical environment
- Proven success leading teams to achieve patient satisfaction, financial, and operational goals
- Multi-site management experience strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of clinical operations, scheduling, and patient flow management
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- This role requires regular travel across our four Southern California locations (Santa Monica, Downtown LA, Irvine, Encinitas)
