Clinic Manager (BSN)

Manage the day-to-day operations of the Community Based Outpatient Clinic, including organizing staff, leading monthly meetings, and coordinating with the VAMC and subcontractors. Serve as the Clinic's Safety, Infection Control, Patient Advocacy, and Information Management officers, ensuring compliance with OSHA, CDC, Joint Commission, and VA regulations. Provide primary and preventive medical care to patients, supervise support staff, and monitor patient flow, wait times, and satisfaction metrics. Compile safety reports, organize drills, and maintain accurate electronic encounter documentation. Perform CPR, operate emergency equipment, and conduct preliminary reviews of PACT metrics under physician supervision.
