Job Summary
Clinic Manager leads and manages the assigned clinical department, supervising nursing and non-nursing staff, coordinating operational and clinical activities, developing protocols and procedures, and ensuring quality of services. Responsible for short- and long-range planning, fiscal control, physician and interdepartmental relationships, and personnel management; acts in absence of the CNO and supports teamwork to optimize patient care. Requires clinical experience and the ability to acquire a Registered Nurse License or Medical Assistant Certification within 15 months, plus CPR and ACLS certifications within 6 months. Full-time exempt position based in Red Lodge, MT.
Required Qualifications
- Clinical experience
- Ability to acquire a Registered Nurse License or Medical Assistant Certification within 15 months of hire
- Healthcare Provider CPR certification, or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire
- ACLS certification, or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire
- Or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience relating to the above tasks, knowledge, skills and abilities will be considered
- Managerial experience, required
