Clinic MA, Pavilion Clinic, Urology

Assist physician and advanced practice providers with patient visits; facilitate patient and physician communication via patient portal, phone, or other communication methods; float to other clinics as needed. Room patients to obtain vitals and history, review histories, reconcile medications, and document in EMR. Ensure testing results are available, order testing as directed, process referrals, and communicate results to patients. Provide phlebotomy services, perform basic tests, and maintain exam/lab/procedure rooms and equipment. Travel to other clinics as needed to provide coverage. Maintain safety, adhere to vaccination requirements, and follow DRH standards and values. Requires ability to travel to multiple clinics and adapt care to diverse patient needs. Must have strong communication skills, basic IT proficiency, and attention to accuracy in order execution.
