Job Summary
Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, guiding them through registration, intake, treatment, and discharge while acting as a dedicated patient advocate. Perform front and back-office clinical duties including collecting identification and insurance documentation, managing point-of-service payments, and accurately recording vital signs, anthropometrics, and vision/hearing screenings. Maintain high standards of clinical integrity by documenting all health information, chief complaints, allergies, and medication lists within the electronic medical record. Build trust through consistent empathy and adherence to professional standards while ensuring seamless patient experiences. Requires an LPN degree, North Dakota license, and BLS certification.
Required Qualifications
- LPN Degree
- License to practice professional nursing in the state of North Dakota
- Licensed to practice nursing in the state of ND or in a compact state
- Basic life support certified

- 1 year of clinic or hospital experience
