Office LPN provides assessment, treatment, testing, and education in a Rolla walk-in clinic; administers medications (oral, IM, SC) as ordered; assists with procedures and examinations; performs point-of-care lab testing; conducts phone triage; educates patients and guardians, assists with MyChart setup and patient education on enrollment benefits; trains LPN and MA in clinic role; maintains infection prevention and patient safety per clinic policy; ensures accurate documentation of vitals, chief complaint, and test results, and supports provider through coordinated patient care in a fast-paced clinic environment.
