Job Summary
Provide direct patient care by taking vital signs, administering medications, and performing basic medical procedures. Assist physicians during examinations and procedures while ensuring necessary equipment and supplies are prepared. Maintain accurate patient records documenting care provided and changes in patient condition. Educate patients and families regarding health management, medication usage, and follow-up care instructions. Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans. Requires current Oklahoma LPN license, BLS certification, and experience in a clinical setting.
Required Qualifications
- Current LPN license in the state of Oklahoma
- Completion of an accredited practical nursing program
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Desired Qualifications
- Experience in a clinical or hospital setting
- Knowledge of electronic health record (EHR) systems
