Job Summary
Oversee daily operations, staff coordination, and clinical service delivery to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective patient care. Lead program development and department performance improvement initiatives while modeling Enloe Health core values. Manage clinic workflows with attention to detail, utilizing Microsoft Office tools for effective communication and analysis. Demonstrate professional judgment in problem-solving and delegation under the direction of the Clinic Supervisor.
Required Qualifications
- Two years clerical experience in medical setting
- One-year experience in a hospital-based clinic or medical practice setting
- Associates or bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or related field
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience
- Ability to organize and complete work in an efficient and effective manner while focusing on detail and timeliness
- Ability to be flexible in work assignments
- Must have typing and computer skills to effectively utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook programs
- Must be able to communicate effectively in writing and verbally both one-on-one and in groups
- Must have the ability to lead, motivate, delegate, analyze information, and problem solve
- Must demonstrate professional judgment

- Must be able to fulfill the essential functions of the position
