Clinic Intake Supervisor

Oversee all aspects of the clinic intake process from initial assessment to matching clients with outpatient clinicians; supervise the intake team and coordinate clinical records, discharge summaries, and adherence to standards; provide crisis support by phone or in person during business hours; participate in the on-call rotation including extended daytime hours, Saturdays and Sundays with occasional evenings; collaborate with the Clinic Director and APDs on case assignments, caseload management, and improvement plans, and address safety, clinical, and billing issues to uphold high standards of care.
