Clinic Float (FM)

Manage all phases of the patient encounter, including drawing blood and obtaining specimens for clinical laboratory analyses. Take vital signs, prepare patients for examinations, and assist physicians with procedures as directed. Answer incoming telephone calls, record and relay messages, and schedule follow-up appointments. Collect copays and balances, maintain log sheets, and balance accounts at the end of the business day. Ensure all medications are up-to-date while maintaining positive relationships with patients, family members, visitors, and fellow employees.
