Job Summary
Perform general patient care following established clinic workflows, including greeting patients, preparing them for providers, and completing intake duties such as obtaining vital signs, reviewing drug allergies, and documenting visit reasons. Collect and prepare ordered specimens for laboratory analysis, and prepare and provide ordered medications and vaccines to patients. Collaborate seamlessly within an interdisciplinary team to deliver individualized, comprehensive care. Requires an active State NE EMT License, BLS certification, and Nebraska Medication Aide Registry status. Sign-on bonus available for eligible new hires. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- State-approved EMT training program graduate
- Active State NE EMT License
- Active status on Nebraska Medication Aide Registry within 90 days of hire
- Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association
Desired Qualifications
- Medical Assistant program completion
- LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) status
