Job Summary
Full-time Clinic EMT in a hospital/clinic setting responsible for receiving and evaluating calls, arranging patient appointments, performing routine and specialized tests per CLIA requirements, obtaining patient samples, preparing for couriers, providing patient care per SOPs, assisting providers, completing administrative tasks, cleaning and room preparation, and administering basic medications (e.g., epinephrine, oral glucose), IV therapy, and other medications as needed. Requires BLS certification, EMT certification, and registry eligibility; preferred IV certification and two years of related experience.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Certified EMT Basic, Intermediate, or Paramedic
- IV certification preferred.
- Registered with the Colorado Registry or National Registry Required.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) required
- Two years of related experience preferred
