Job Summary
Oversee patient evaluations, treatment planning, and delivery of evidence-based care while supervising and mentoring clinicians, assistants, and rehabilitation technicians. Review referrals, patient histories, and medical records to support appropriate treatment decisions, ensuring accurate documentation of evaluations, progress notes, and reports. Develop individualized plans of care and treatment goals, promote effective communication among staff, patients, caregivers, physicians, and insurance partners, and oversee clinic operations including scheduling, workflow, and quality assurance. Contribute to strategic planning, performance metrics, and clinic growth initiatives. Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends or evenings; $85,000–$95,000 annual compensation plus $10,000 sign-on bonus and profit sharing.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of a CAPTE‐accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current or upcoming Wisconsin Physical Therapy license
- CPR certification
- Ability to work effectively in an autonomous outpatient setting
- Basic computer skills, including EMR systems and MS Office
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with balance and vestibular rehabilitation preferred (or willingness to learn)
