Job Summary
Oversee the full spectrum of an outpatient physical therapy clinic, including strategic planning for new locations, clinical quality control, and budget management. Direct daily operations by scheduling treatments, managing staff hiring and performance reviews, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. Lead patient care initiatives while maintaining relationships with physicians to drive referrals and monitor key performance indicators for profitability. Handle patient feedback and collaborate with revenue cycle management to optimize billing. Support broader marketing efforts and community engagement initiatives to promote the clinic's positive influence.
Required Qualifications
- Doctorate or Masters in Physical Therapy
- Desire to own/run clinic
- 5+ years of proven experience with track record of exceptional patient care
