Job Summary
Oversee the day-to-day operations of a new outpatient physical therapy clinic, including strategic planning for location and layout, hiring staff, and managing the budget. Deliver exceptional patient care while maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations and collaborating with revenue cycle management for accurate billing. Drive clinic profitability by monitoring key performance indicators, overseeing scheduling, and managing employee schedules and performance reviews. Maintain relationships with key physicians and support broader marketing initiatives to increase patient referrals.
Required Qualifications
- Doctorate or Masters in Physical Therapy
- Desire to own/run clinic
- 5+ years of proven experience with track record of exceptional patient care
