Clinic Director - RN

Oversee daily operations, staffing, training, and performance across two outpatient clinics in Brookfield-Milwaukee and Kenosha while developing, auditing, and enforcing clinical protocols for IV nutrient drips and wellness injections. Hire, onboard, mentor, and evaluate RNs and support staff to build a collaborative team culture, ensuring full regulatory compliance, accurate EMR documentation, and unwavering client safety standards. Perform occasional client consultations and IV drip procedures to maintain expertise and support the team during peaks, while monitoring key performance metrics to drive continuous improvements. Represent the organization at community events to strengthen relationships and support client growth.
