Job Summary
Clinic Director leading the Bedford, TX clinic overseeing clinical operations for TRT, weight management, GLP-1, and concierge medicine. Serve as clinical leader and practicing provider, guiding staff, conducting new patient consultations, reviewing medical histories, performing physical assessments, interpreting labs, prescribing and monitoring TRT, overseeing nursing activities, and ensuring regulatory and clinical quality standards. Collaborate with regional leadership to drive patient satisfaction, retention, and clinic growth; mentor staff, and represent the brand as the clinical face in the local market.
Required Qualifications
- Active PA-C or NP license (required)
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience (hormone, weight management, or primary care experience preferred)
- Leadership or management experience in a clinical or outpatient setting (preferred)
- Strong EMR and clinical documentation proficiency
- Commitment to delivering safe, evidence-based, patient-focused care
