Job Summary
Clinic Director (PA-C/NP) in Greenwood, IN leading operations and a clinical team at a Men’s Health clinic. Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, patient consultations, reviewing histories and physicals, ordering and interpreting labs, prescribing TRT, managing weight management treatments (GLP-1), supervising nursing staff, sign-off on EMR documentation, regulatory and clinical quality oversight, and driving clinic growth through staff development and patient-centered care. Requires active PA-C or NP license, minimum 2 years clinical experience, leadership experience preferred, strong EMR skills, and commitment to evidence-based care.
