Job Summary
Clinic Director role leading Goodyear, AZ clinic for Ageless Women’s Health. Responsibilities include clinical leadership and direct patient care, operational management, staff development, compliance, and growth. Conduct new patient consultations, review medical histories, interpret labs, develop individualized treatment plans, prescribe and monitor HRT, oversee wellness services (IV therapy, vitamin injections, GLP-1 weight management), provide concierge medicine services (pap smears, birth control management, preventive screenings), sign off on patient charts and documentation in EMR, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, mentor team, and collaborate with regional leadership to improve patient outcomes and clinic growth. Ideal candidate combines leadership with excellent patient care and operational insight; experience in women’s health, hormone therapy, or primary care preferred. Active PA-C or NP license required; leadership experience preferred. Schedule is Monday–Friday, on-site with no nights or weekends; compensation starts at $149,000 with uncapped bonus potential; comprehensive benefits package offered.
Required Qualifications
- Active PA-C or NP license (required)
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience (women’s health, hormone therapy, weight management, or primary care experience preferred)
- Leadership or management experience in a clinical or outpatient setting (preferred)
- Proficiency in EMR systems, charting, and compliance documentation
