Job Summary
Lead the launch and daily operations of the brand-new Mount Vernon outpatient physical therapy clinic, ensuring efficient workflows, exceptional patient care, and strong clinical outcomes. Manage clinic performance through scheduling, productivity tracking, and workflow optimization while maintaining compliance with state regulations and documentation standards. Mentor and support the clinical team to foster a positive culture that prioritizes teamwork, continuous improvement, and evidence-based treatments across orthopedics, sports rehab, and geriatric areas. Collaborate with leadership to achieve strategic, financial, and operational goals through community engagement and referral development.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master of Physical Therapy (MPT) program
- Current or eligible for Physical Therapist licensure in the State of Washington
- Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development, clinical excellence, and leadership growth
- Proven ability to mentor clinicians, support staff development, and foster a culture of continuous improvement
- Strong organizational, communication, and decision‐making skills appropriate for leading clinic operations and supporting strategic goals
