Job Summary
Lead clinic operations, manage monthly financials, and drive marketing efforts for Plymouth Physical Therapy Specialists. Mentor staff, oversee clinical programs, and contribute to strategic decision-making within the practice. Review clinic finances, support staff development, and implement new programs to enhance patient care. Full-time role with competitive salary ($85,000-$95,000) plus sign-on and profit-sharing bonuses. Located in Saline, Michigan. Requires a licensed Physical Therapist with an advanced degree and demonstrated leadership experience.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Physical Therapist
- Advanced degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current Michigan Physical Therapist license in good standing
- Active CPR certification
- Demonstrated leadership and management capability within a clinical or multidisciplinary healthcare setting
- Proficiency in technology and clinical systems, including Electronic Medical Records (EMR) platforms, database applications, and the Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Sales, marketing, and business development experience
- PT preferred
