Job Summary
Lead the launch and daily operations of a brand-new outpatient physical therapy clinic in Bothell, ensuring efficient workflows, exceptional patient care, and strong clinical outcomes. Manage clinic performance by overseeing scheduling, productivity, and workflow optimization while maintaining compliance with state regulations and organizational policies. Collaborate with leadership to achieve strategic, financial, and operational goals, and foster a positive culture that supports clinical team mentoring and continuous improvement. This full-time role includes performance-based bonuses, profit-sharing, and extensive continuing education benefits. Capstone Physical Therapy is a therapist-owned practice recognized for its evidence-based approach and community leadership across Whatcom, Snohomish, and Skagit counties.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master of Physical Therapy (MPT) program
- Current or eligible for Physical Therapist licensure in the State of Washington
- Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development, clinical excellence, and leadership growth
- Proven ability to mentor clinicians, support staff development, and foster a culture of continuous improvement
- Strong organizational, communication, and decision‐making skills appropriate for leading clinic operations and supporting strategic goals
