Job Summary
Monitor clinical KPIs and OKRs while implementing strategic plans for growth, hiring, and retention. Diagnose patients by observing movements and listening to concerns, then develop individualized treatment plans with clear goals and expected outcomes. Utilize exercises, stretching, equipment, and manual therapy to manage pain, increase mobility, and prevent injury. Record patient progress, modify care plans as needed, and educate patients and families on the recovery process. Review medical history to ensure comprehensive care delivery. This role leads a high-impact clinic connected to Montefiore physicians and orthopedic surgeons, featuring private treatment areas and AI-powered clinical documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy
- Licensed Physical Therapist in good standing in New York
- Proven leadership experience in a clinical setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and web-based EMR systems
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a licensed Physical Therapist in an outpatient orthopedic setting
- Experience treating a broad range of outpatient orthopedic conditions
Desired Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience in a clinical setting preferred
- joint replacement rehabilitation experience is preferred
