Job Summary
Lead day-to-day clinical operations of a private PT clinic with ownership-style responsibility in Gooding/Twin Falls/Jerome, Idaho. Mentor and coach the PT team (1:1s and team huddles), collaborate with marketing to grow the clinic, and use data to improve outcomes and patient satisfaction. Role offers leadership development and business mentoring, a flexible in-clinic schedule, a realistic caseload (50–55 patients/week), ownership imagery, and a $5,000 sign-on bonus with competitive salary plus performance bonuses.
