Job Summary
Lead a Clinic Director role in outpatient orthopedics: supervise and mentor Physical Therapists and clinical staff, provide direct patient care with individualized, evidence-based treatment plans, oversee clinic operations (patient experience, clinical performance, scheduling), and build relationships with local referral sources and community partners while pursuing leadership development and opportunities for growth within Upstream Rehabilitation.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent)
- Active GA Physical Therapist license (or eligible)
- Leadership experience preferred; passion for developing others required
