Clinic Director - Physical Therapist Assistant or Occupational Therapy Assistant

Partner closely with residents, community stakeholders, and the administrative team to ensure residents' needs are consistently met while effectively managing and maintaining an appropriate caseload. Serve as the primary provider and extension of the communities served, working within an interdisciplinary team to collaborate on therapy opportunities. Manage a full-time caseload of 34+ visits per week with a flexible schedule that excludes weekends and holidays. Requires an active or eligible state license and an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program graduate.
