Job Summary
Provide clinical leadership and guidance to physical therapists and support staff; oversee day-to-day operations including scheduling, staffing, and resource management; monitor patient satisfaction and address concerns; deliver outpatient physical therapy and create individualized care plans; collaborate with colleagues to optimize care; mentor team members, support residency and mentorship programs, and foster professional development; participate in growth opportunities such as clinic partnerships and ongoing education; support compliance with applicable federal, state, and insurance rules.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from a physical therapy curriculum approved by the American Physical Therapy Association
- Current State licensure for the practice of physical therapy
