Clinic Director

Manage and oversee the hiring, training, and development of physical therapy staff while leading the team to achieve high morale and a positive atmosphere. Monitor work schedules for appropriate staffing, maintain day-to-day clinic operations, and provide physical therapy services by evaluating patient care protocols and measuring outcomes. Develop professional relationships with the community and referral sources to grow the clinic, identify needs in program planning, and facilitate program development. Manage Key Performance Indicators, handle fiscal and budgetary responsibilities, and ensure Medicare compliance and quality initiatives. Establish and enforce standards to maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment while complying with legal regulations.
