Job Summary
Clinic Director (NP or PA) leading the clinical floor of a locally owned men’s health practice in Pleasanton, CA. Evaluate and treat testosterone deficiency, ED, and weight management; conduct new patient consultations and follow-ups; interpret labs and build individualized treatment plans. Prescribe and administer TRT, GLP-1s, peptides, IV therapy, and sexual health medications under physician supervision; perform hormone pellet insertion and PRP injections, including the P-Shot. Oversee in-house lab operations and rapid point-of-care testing; administer IM injections and supervise a small MA team. Educate patients clearly and participate in community outreach; maintain compliance with state, federal, and clinical requirements. Daylight hours, Monday through Friday, with a leadership role and competitive base salary plus monthly performance bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed NP or PA with active Indiana license in good standing
- Experience in urology, endocrinology, men’s health, or primary care preferred
- DEA registration and malpractice insurance
- Leadership experience or desire to lead a team
- Ability to oversee in-house lab operations and rapid point-of-care testing
- Ability to prescribe and administer TRT, GLP-1s, peptides, IV therapy, and sexual health medications under physician supervision
- State licensure fees covered
- No pending malpractice actions
