Job Summary
Oversee all clinic operations, manage clinical and non-clinical staff, and support clinicians to provide individualized treatment and plans of care. Promote efficient service utilization and program development while collaborating with digital marketing strategies and medical professionals to enhance local service standards. Facilitate continuing education and provide mentorship to enhance team performance. This role is based in Highland, NY, with a salary of $100,000 – $115,000 per year plus eligibility for bonuses, equity, and relocation assistance. Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
- Current or eligible Physical Therapist license in the state of practice
- Location: Highland, NY

- Previous outpatient orthopedic experience preferred
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience is a plus but not required
