Clinic Director

Clinic Director leads operations, performance, and clinical execution of the IV Nutrition location. Owns overall clinic performance including revenue, client experience, and team execution with accountability for clinic operations, culture, and high clinical standards. Provides clinical oversight to ensure safe IV therapies, compliance with clinical regulations, and documentation accuracy. Hires, trains, and develops staff; coaches performance; sustains a high-performance culture focused on client care. Manages daily operations, scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation; drives company initiatives and process updates; monitors team performance and holds staff accountable. Drives client retention and growth, supports local marketing and community engagement. Requires active license, BLS certification; ACLS preferred; 3–5 years vascular access/infusion experience and 2 years leadership experience. Uses EMR systems and Google platforms; strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills; ability to make quick decisions and solve problems. 8–12 hour shifts; 2–4 weekend shifts per month; clinic environment with climate control; overtime not regularly required.
