Job Summary
Clinic Director to lead operations, performance, sales, and clinical execution of an IV Nutrition clinic. Own overall clinic performance including revenue, profitability, client experience, and team execution. Drive membership growth, client retention, and clinical quality while ensuring compliance with clinical regulations and physician orders. Lead sales initiatives, staff development, and a culture of accountability, professionalism, and high-quality patient care. Responsibilities include managing clinic operations, coaching staff, monitoring KPIs, overseeing documentation and EMR systems, and collaborating with corporate leadership on promotions and business development. Requires RN licensure, BLS, and clinical leadership experience; ACLS preferred; 8–12 hour shifts with weekend requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification preferred
- Experience: Minimum 2–5 years of vascular access or infusion experience
- Minimum 2 years of leadership or management experience
- Previous experience leading sales teams, client retention programs, or membership-based businesses preferred
