Job Summary
Clinic Director responsible for overseeing site-specific clinic operations at ExperCARE Health, leading a clinically competent team, ensuring top-quality patient care and a positive patient experience, and aligning people, processes, and technology to improve efficiency and financial performance. Key duties include hiring/training and coaching staff, scheduling and staffing optimization, regulatory compliance (OSHA, CLIA), inventory and supply management, revenue-cycle oversight, process-improvement initiatives, and community engagement/representation at events to enhance the clinic's visibility and reputation. Strong emphasis on leadership, operations, financial stewardship, and collaboration with stakeholders to maintain high-quality care.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum two years of relevant higher-level education and experience in a healthcare setting
- Proven experience in management, operations, and leadership within a healthcare setting (preferably urgent care or outpatient services)
- Strong understanding of financial management, including budgeting, P&L, and cash flow analysis
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building consensus among diverse stakeholders
- Proficient in healthcare technology systems and electronic health records (EHR)
