Job Summary
Clinic Director to lead physiotherapy/sports clinics in Ottawa, overseeing daily operations, staff management, scheduling, financial oversight, and growth initiatives. Responsibilities include managing facility maintenance, implementing revenue-maximizing protocols, ensuring profitability, supervising staff development and mentorship, maintaining high patient satisfaction, coordinating marketing efforts to expand clientele, and carrying a clinical caseload under leadership oversight. Requires registration with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario (or eligibility), professional liability insurance, 5+ years clinical experience, and management experience in a physiotherapy setting; opportunities for additional earnings via visit-based remuneration, education budget, and health spending account.
Required Qualifications
- Registered with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario (or eligible for registration)
- Professional liability insurance required, available privately or through CPA
- Minimum of five (5) years clinical experience
- Intermediate AIM certification, FCAMPT, dry needle or IMS or acupuncture without restriction
- Management experience in a physiotherapy setting required
- Business/leadership courses attained an asset
