Job Summary
Lead a dedicated founding team to launch and operate ATI's newest clinic in Carrollton, TX, fostering a culture of high-quality, patient-centered care. Manage daily clinic operations including payroll, time off approvals, and employee scheduling while meeting operational performance goals for productivity and patient care standards. Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, develop outcome-focused treatment plans, and build relationships with patients, the community, and referring physicians. Support change management efforts as a liaison between corporate communications and the clinic team, managing the full employee performance cycle through regular feedback and annual reviews.
Required Qualifications
- Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy, Physical Therapy Assistant or Occupational Therapy Program
- Current professional licensure as a Physical Therapist, Physical Therapist Assistant or Occupational Therapist or license eligible based on the rules and regulations of the state in which you are applying for role
