Job Summary
Drive service execution, quality initiatives, and growth strategies while performing comprehensive initial assessments. Manage day-to-day operations including staff and client scheduling, and create training programs for new hires. Provide ongoing direct and indirect training to RBTs and BCBAs, implement curricula, and prepare annual reports on program effectiveness. Deliver direct services to clients and parents when appropriate, maintaining consistent communication with the treatment team regarding programming and ethical service provision. Complete annual performance evaluations for all supervisors and BCBAs to ensure treatment integrity. Collaborate with administrative teams on records management and payer relationships. Requires a Master's degree, BCBA license, and minimum three years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or behavior challenges with ABA
- Minimum 3 years of BCBA experience
- Master's in Behavior Analysis, Psychology or Education

- Employee must be able to lift up to 35lbs
- Bending and squatting for up to an hour per day
- Required to perform activities that entail fine and gross motor skills, bend kneel, squat sitting on floor level or in a chair, or standing for periods of time
- Ability to follow a child without restrictions throughout the center (sometimes at a rapid pace)
