Job Summary
Drive execution of key service, quality, and growth initiatives by performing comprehensive initial assessments and implementing program curricula with annual effectiveness reports. Manage day-to-day operations including staff and client scheduling, while creating onboarding programs and providing ongoing direct and indirect training to RBTs and BCBAs. Deliver direct services to clients and parents when appropriate, maintain consistent communication with the treatment team regarding programming and ethical service provision, and complete annual performance evaluations for all supervisors. Collaborate with administrative teams on records management and payer relationships. Requires minimum 3 years of BCBA experience, a Master's degree, and a valid BCBA license.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or behavior challenges with ABA
- Minimum 3 years of BCBA experience
- Master's in Behavior Analysis, Psychology or Education
- BCBA

- Employee must be able to lift up to 35lbs
- Bending and squatting for up to an hour per day
- Required to perform activities that entail fine and gross motor skills, bend kneel, squat sitting on floor level or in a chair, or standing for periods of time
- Ability to follow a child without restrictions throughout the center (sometimes at a rapid pace)
