Clinic Director/ Pediatric BCBA role leading Ivy Rehab for Kids clinics: provide on-site BCBA services, supervise RBTs, develop and manage plans of care, ensure compliance, maintain a safe and productive clinic environment, and drive clinic success through leadership and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. Requires BCBA certification and licensure in Ohio, plus ability to lead a team, communicate effectively with families and professionals, and manage clinic operations.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited BCBA program
- Current or pending state licensure/certification as BCBA in Ohio
- Experience with pediatric therapy settings preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
