Job Summary
Build and lead a dedicated team that aligns with ATI's mission, fostering a culture of high-quality, patient-centered care. Manage daily clinic operations, including payroll, time off approvals, and employee scheduling. Collaborate with the clinic team to address patient concerns, meet operational performance goals, and drive consistent patient outcomes. Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, develop outcome-focused treatment plans, and build strong relationships with patients, the community, and key referral sources. Support team development by managing the full employee performance cycle, including regular feedback discussions, annual reviews, and performance improvement plans. Act as a liaison for change management efforts and communicate key messages between corporate communications and the clinic team.
Required Qualifications
- Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy, Physical Therapy Assistant or Occupational Therapy Program
- Current professional licensure as a Physical Therapist, Physical Therapist Assistant or Occupational Therapist or license eligible based on the rules and regulations of the state in which you are applying for role
