Job Summary
Build and lead a dedicated physical therapy team aligned with ATI's mission of high-quality, patient-centered care. Manage daily clinic operations, including payroll, time off approvals, and employee scheduling, while meeting operational performance goals for productivity and patient care standards. Collaborate with staff to address patient concerns, conduct comprehensive assessments, and develop outcome-focused treatment plans. Support change management efforts as a liaison between corporate communications and the clinic team, and drive team development through regular performance feedback, annual reviews, and improvement plans. Establish strong relationships with patients, the community, and key referral sources including referring physicians.
Required Qualifications
- Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy, Physical Therapy Assistant or Occupational Therapy Program
- Current professional licensure as a Physical Therapist, Physical Therapist Assistant or Occupational Therapist or license eligible based on the rules and regulations of the state in which you are applying for role
