Job Summary
Lead clinic operations by managing daily workflows, including payroll approvals, time off, and employee scheduling. Build and lead a dedicated team aligned with ATI's mission, fostering a culture of high-quality, patient-centered care. Collaborate with staff to address patient concerns, conduct comprehensive assessments, and develop outcome-focused treatment plans. Meet operational performance goals regarding productivity, scheduling, and care standards while driving positive patient outcomes. Support change management efforts as a liaison between corporate communications and the clinic team. Manage the full employee performance cycle through regular feedback discussions, annual reviews, and improvement plans. Build strong relationships with patients, the community, and key referral sources including referring physicians.
Required Qualifications
- Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy, Physical Therapy Assistant or Occupational Therapy Program
- Current professional licensure as a Physical Therapist, Physical Therapist Assistant or Occupational Therapist or license eligible based on the rules and regulations of the state in which you are applying for role
