Job Summary
Lead the care delivery at Amae Health’s Orange, CA clinic as Clinic Director, guiding an interdisciplinary team of psychiatrists, therapists, dietitians, and support staff; oversee admissions and intake, develop individualized treatment plans and level-of-care transitions; collaborate with CMOs and Medical Directors to refine processes and implement innovative, cost-effective care; manage complex patient care and drive strategic initiatives with clinical and operational stakeholders; require CA licensure in psychology or related behavioral health fields and experience with SMI, mental health, and addiction; strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
