Job Summary
Lead daily clinic operations at Rumford CTC's outpatient MAT program, managing the annual budget and strategic business plan while serving as the final authority on daily functions. Collaborate with the Medical Director on clinical matters, oversee personnel decisions including hiring and performance evaluations, and develop policies ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations. Act as a community liaison to build partnerships and promote the clinic, while maintaining secure management of medications and medical records. Lead risk management efforts through data analytics and incident investigations, ensuring staff receive ongoing education and development.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a social, behavioral, or mental health services field from an accredited college or university
- Prior management experience
- ability to lead, coach, and support a multidisciplinary team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong adaptability and problem-solving skills
- must be receptive to coaching
- capable of navigating a dynamic healthcare environment
Desired Qualifications
- Experience overseeing services in an outpatient setting
- particularly within medication-assisted treatment (MAT)
- mental health
- intensive outpatient (IOP)
- partial hospitalization (PHP)
- substance use disorder (SUD) programs
- Experience working in a narcotic treatment program (medication-assisted treatment; MAT)
- Proven Profit & Loss (P&L) management experience
- including full oversight and maintenance of a facility budget
- Demonstrated business development experience
- including generating patient referral sources
- building strong relationships with community partners, stakeholders, and local entities such as law enforcement, healthcare providers, and advocacy organizations
- Experience working with multiple payer sources
- including Medicare and Medicaid contracts
