Job Summary
Clinic Coordinator at Thérapie Clinic in Malahide will ensure an exceptional client journey by supporting client satisfaction, revenue goals, and sales performance; responsibilities include delivering outstanding client service from first contact to follow-up, managing online reviews and complaints efficiently, maximizing clinic efficiency through diary/booking management, maintaining stock accuracy, driving consultations with upselling/cross-selling, meeting KPIs for consultation success and walk-ins, promoting skin consultations and AWI opportunities, and keeping clinical room standards and client retention calls. Requires excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical and multi-tasking abilities to thrive in a fast-paced clinic environment.
Required Qualifications
- Qualified Beauty Therapist
- Proven experience in client experience management, customer service, or a similar role.
