Job Summary
Deliver outstanding client service from first contact to follow-up, ensuring a seamless check-in/out journey and proactively managing online reviews and complaints. Maximize clinic efficiency through smart diary and booking management while accurately managing stock, including AWI deductions. Drive and convert consultations with strong upselling and cross-selling to meet KPIs for consultation success, walk-in conversions, and average spend. Promote skin consultations and identify upsell opportunities via forms, then track AWI stock and ensure clinical room standards. Handle client retention calls and resolve complaints efficiently to support revenue goals and sales performance. This role supports the client journey at the Camden Clinic, part of Thérapie's expanding network of aesthetic medical locations.
Required Qualifications
- Qualified Beauty Therapist
- Proven experience in client experience management, customer service, or a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
