Clinic Central Scheduler

Clinic Central Scheduler responsible for accurate coordination and scheduling of medical appointments in WRHS scheduling modules, building provider schedules, and providing high quality care and customer service to patients and staff. Utilizes WRHS EHR for scheduling, registers patients for lab and radiology, collects demographics and insurance information, assists with no-shows/cancellations and follow-up messaging, reviews daily/weekly schedules for accuracy, and supports wellness and preventive health programs. Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills with proficiency in basic PC use and healthcare workflows.
