Job Summary
Utilize the nursing process to provide direct and indirect patient care from birth to geriatric under RN or provider delegation. Participate in evaluating total patient care through general nursing duties while working with providers and managing electronic medical records. Adapt resources to meet changing needs, prioritize tasks, and work independently within a fast-paced environment. Schedule includes full-time or part-time hours Monday through Friday with rotating weekends. Join the clinic nursing team supporting functions of Ortonville Area Health Services and Northside Medical Clinic.
Required Qualifications
- Current LPN license in Minnesota (will need SD license process started at time of hire)
- Current CMA certificate with the American Association of Medical Assistants
- Both LPN and CMA certificate cannot have current disciplinary actions pending
- Knowledge to adapt resources to meet the needs of the situation
- Ability to prioritize
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to complete assigned duties within a constantly changing environment
