Job Summary
Conduct initial assessments, reassessments, or functional behavior assessments in a timely manner while implementing behavioral change therapy with access to numerous skill assessments. Oversee a team of Registered Behavior Therapists by ensuring treatment implementation fidelity and supporting job satisfaction. Collaborate with interdisciplinary providers including occupational therapists and speech-language pathologists to collect data, produce reports, and individualize treatment plans using trauma-informed practices. Provide high-quality supervision to RBTs and mentor staff through weekly roundtables and biweekly meetings. Manage caseloads of up to 100 RBT hours with autonomy over client goals and supervision schedules, including flexibility for remote work up to half-days.
Required Qualifications
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Tennessee State License as a Behavior Analyst from the Health-Related Board
Desired Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Special Education (preferred) or another related field
