Clinic-Based Occupational Therapist (OT) – Pediatrics

Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive pediatric occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for children. Provide evidence-based interventions targeting fine and gross motor skills, sensory processing, coordination, balance, strength, and activities of daily living. Educate parents and caregivers on home programs and therapeutic strategies to support functional independence. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including COTAs, SLPs, PTs, nurses, and physicians to deliver family-centered care. Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants when applicable and complete timely documentation while maintaining compliance with state and company standards. Build strong relationships with patients and families through compassionate, one-on-one care.
Required Qualifications
- Master's or Doctoral Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Current Texas Occupational Therapist license (or eligible to obtain before start date)
- Excellent communication, organizational, and clinical skills
Desired Qualifications
- Pediatric Occupational Therapy experience preferred
- One year of experience preferred; new graduates are encouraged to apply
- Passion for helping children achieve developmental milestones and greater independence
