Job Summary
Clinic Back Up Lead manages daily clinic staff activities and non-clinical operations, provides back-up for front and back office, supervises staff, coordinates with audits, updates billing for CHDP/SOFP/OB/CPSP, conducts performance reviews, ensures HIPAA/compliance, manages scheduling, chart reviews, and cash/mail handling, maintains budgets, prepares OSHPD reports, orders supplies (vaccines/medications), and drives productivity reporting while upholding quality, culturally sensitive health services; bilingual English/Spanish required; four years of nonprofit clinic experience; CA driver license and Licensed Medical Assistant certification required.
